Mike's practice focuses on representation of clients in all areas of litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution in the securities industry and criminal realm. Mike has experience representing clients with CRD, BrokerCheck, IARD, and IAPD disclosure expungement, Form U-5 language modification, FINRA inquiry/investigations, actions against broker-dealers and FINRA for a variety of claims, and with many other legal services.

As a former public defender, Mike brings substantial litigation and appellate experience to HLBS Law. He has defended hundreds of clients facing felony and misdemeanor charges and has tried to verdict numerous jury and bench trials.
